I've made numerous cross state and country moves, and have to rent trucks and equipment for my employer, and I have to say, the level of service at this establishment was the best I've encountered. The clerk, AJ, was super helpful, adjusting my booking at the last minute thanks to some slower than expected movers. They definitely went above and beyond, and were incredibly friendly in doing so. Thr truck was fine. Although I made my reservation in person, it became apparent prior to and during the day of rental that much of my personal information was entered incorrectly. For instance, my last name was misspelled. This meant I was not able to look up my reservation online which requires last name and reservation number. My email address was misspelled which meant the confirmation email from U-Haul never made it. My home address was really whacky. This was not of much consequence since billing was done via charge card and receipt was emailed to me.

I was told I had a free month of storage but the storage was at a different location that was never texted to me. I ended having to pay for the storage for a month of storage that I only need for two days. All and all very disappointing.

Make sure you do a walk thru to make sure the equipment was in order. I equipment did not work properly and we had to waste our gas and time to get it fixed. Which should not have been our problem. So I give this place a -10 because of it.

My uhaul was frozen so i had to take the time out to go back to the location to have that fixed which added miles to my uhaul.i still have a hold on my account which i did t even use all of the milage i believe the time it should be to gwt my money back is unusual but the customer service representative was nice.
