The drop off location was U-Haul Moving and Storage of Washington in PA and it was great.
SIERRA-NICOLE WThe truck we rented was full of cigarette ashes. The door handles had piles of them in it. Other than needing to clean up the mess from inconsiderate smokers the rental process was great. Easy pick up and easy drop off. I vacuumed the ashes out of the door handles and panels because I find it disgusting. I don’t put this issue solely on the rental location, I would only put 50% of the blame on them. Someone was inconsiderate enough to leave the mess for the next renters but the location did nothing to remedy the mess prior to my arrival. That being said it was the easiest and. Smoothest of the half dozen u-haul rentals I have been a part of in my life. 4 stars and could have easily been 5 stars had they been more proactive about the cleanliness.
