Location was fine, U-Haul itself was great. The customer service that was at the location was terrible. They were not friendly and they were not helpful at all.

When I booked On the app I didn’t see where I could Change the drop off time. So I dropped The keys off a day early than what was on the app and the person working didn’t look up my reservation or check and just took the keys so I wasn’t able to input the mileage, fuel level or pictures that day. I had To go back to u haul the next day to complete that. Also there was a 27$ charge that they couldn’t explain to me.
Andrea DPlease explain where the drop box is located at. I could not find it anywhere. I ended up going inside the Quality Inn and handing it to the desk clerk. But that is not what the instructions said to do.
Amy CI was overcharged for gas and I’m seeking a refund for it now. And the first truck I was given was missing a mirror that was on the back of the truck sitting and we were accused of breaking it, and we went and reported that the mirror was off. Then the truck we got was dirty.
