Annette SI'll never rent from this location again. A headlight was out which only became known because I was following my wife and she told me later. The weather stripping under the driver's door was falling off the cab and console were filthy and there was no one at the desk for over half an hour when I tried to drop off the truck and then the person showed up only after another customer tracked down someone who texted the manager. The phone number presented to call when no one was at the desk went unanswered despite repeated calls. This location really gives UHaul a black eye. Shameful.

Cintoria SI waited 30 minutes at the front desk before anybody showed up that could help me. Then they tried to overcharge me. They were extremely rude at the front desk and couldn’t explain what the process was, they just assumed I knew what to do. This is the second time I’ve used U-Haul in the past three years and I’ve had an issue with it. I will not use U-Haul ever again.
