I waited 30 minutes at the front desk before anybody showed up that could help me. Then they tried to overcharge me. They were extremely rude at the front desk and couldn’t explain what the process was, they just assumed I knew what to do. This is the second time I’ve used U-Haul in the past three years and I’ve had an issue with it. I will not use U-Haul ever again.

I declined safemove insurance and these people refused to conduct a check in, revised to issue me a final receipt and added the insurance effectively increasing the rental 40 percent without permission
