Check the trucks when the are returned. Do not leave it to the next renter to clean behind the last renter. Tell the renter to take pictures using the link you are sending. Not just take pictures before you leave.
DIANE DThe dude at the front desk trying to set everything up for the U-Haul charged me 2 times the amount. Then U-Haul tried to charge me a 3rd time. Was told it was supposed to be around 87 dollars and somehow I got charged 187 and almost got charged another 100. Wouldn’t recommend
JESSE BThey couldn't find my reservation. They never provided a receipt upon picking up the rental, then they charged me a late fee, and I turned it in 24 hours early. Additionally, they charged me for fuel that I had refilled.
ALEX EI was quoted approximately 35 dollars. I picked up u haul at 9, had returned by 10:30. Did not even go 10 miles and they charged me 86 dollars. Thankfully Alyssa at u haul helped me and refunded the extra I was charged. They did not know what they were doing regarding rental. Thanks to Alyssa for correcting problem
