Wonderful spot to drop off at. The lady at the counter was helpful and parking the U-Haul pack in their lot was a breeze, very open and obvious where I should go.

It was not clear that this was a U-haul location, and it was across the street from the address that was provided by U-haul. It was difficult putting the trailer in the indicated spot, and the personnel did not help. I was given inaccurate instruction regarding how to confirm my return.

John SThey quoted me ALOT lower than I actually paid, even though what they quoted was high anyways. They told me it had half a tank of gas and only had a quarter. I had used U-Haul before this and it was great but this 1 was not, I won’t be returning to this location
