This location for drop off is not where we picked. We had to drive a 1/2 hour to drop off from where we were located, when there were u-haul locations closer. Also, we dropped off at around 9:00 am and our receipt says it was not check in until after 12:00 pm

Joy CUnfortunately, I had a reservation at an entirely different location 30 minutes away and I was redirected to this location due to equipment availability. While I appreciate the fact they had the trailer, it was inconvenient and I would have preferred the location I rented from had it so I could pick it up local.
