The trailer disconnected from my car. Wasn't sure if the guy didn't tighten down the clasp enough but I ended up putting a hose clamp above the ball adjuster on the screw so it wouldn't come loose. I had to help the guy with the safety chains, really glad I did that - they saved me. Had to fix the lights, the connector was corroded. They insisted I give them two other phone numbers from different people.

REGINA GWonderful spot to drop off at. The lady at the counter was helpful and parking the U-Haul pack in their lot was a breeze, very open and obvious where I should go.
Alisa BIt was not clear that this was a U-haul location, and it was across the street from the address that was provided by U-haul. It was difficult putting the trailer in the indicated spot, and the personnel did not help. I was given inaccurate instruction regarding how to confirm my return.
