Frank was very nice. Came out at 0630 in the morning to help us with the process of getting the truck. He was very helpful and nice. The process was flawless.

Jared CI reserved a few weeks in advance. The night before pick up, after flying in from 1,500 miles away, U-Haul texted me that they didn’t have any trucks in the pick up area I reserved. I had to drive 250 miles (approx 4 1/2 hrs away) each way to pick up. That took 10 hrs out of my first day travel plans. I had reserved hotels and prepaid for stops along my trip. I was unable to make it to the stops due to delay from U-Hauls poor planning and late notice. Very disappointed in U-Haul.
