I reserved a few weeks in advance. The night before pick up, after flying in from 1,500 miles away, U-Haul texted me that they didn’t have any trucks in the pick up area I reserved. I had to drive 250 miles (approx 4 1/2 hrs away) each way to pick up. That took 10 hrs out of my first day travel plans. I had reserved hotels and prepaid for stops along my trip. I was unable to make it to the stops due to delay from U-Hauls poor planning and late notice. Very disappointed in U-Haul.
