I removed a star because we had to call on the morning of to figure out the drop off location. When we looked online and in our confirmation email, it just said Raleigh, NC, no address or phone number to confirm. We tried to call the Uhaul 1-800 number to confirm, but everytime I called, it would hang up! I think just an error in the system you guys should know about!
