have the doors on the truck shut properly
MARY HI was asked if I was sure they were the location given to me as if I was not expected. They had me park the truck for them. I reported the major water leak that ruined thousands of dollars of my belongings the they responded that I should call U-Haul about it. I reported that the transmission in the truck did not seem to be working right. The tires on the truck were worn as if alignment was way off.
Jay VNot good communication I believe it is better to be in contact with a person where you get the truck.
