When getting to the establishment we were told to move our car off the premises. I don’t understand why because one we were dropping off the truck there and needed to put the keys either in the Dropbox or hand them to personnel. The owner told us to move our car while we were inspecting the truck and taking our final pictures.

I do not agree with being charged for 2 days. On the reservation I chose 6 hours. I picked the equipment up around 2:30 pm. They said they close at 6pm. They open back up at 9am the next morning so that’s when I returned it. I asked if I could return it after hours but didn’t hear clearly that I could drop it on the open lot. I didn’t think I could get back on the property when they were closed. I think this charge for an additional day needs to be taken off.
Weusi BFirst off, the location was changed on us without notice. We went to the location we thought we booked at and they beyond rude. The location we ended picking up at was unorganized and almost sent us off with the wrong truck.
Kayla VThe people at the auto shop were very friendly and helpful. The U-Haul App was useless for processing the pick-up and the number the app required me to call was not helpful. Overall, U-Haul was a disappointment, while Route 401 Auto Repair was 5-stars.
