How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was switched to this location last minute with no warning. When I arrived they were closed and customer service was not helpful when I called. She was very snarky and condescending
VIRGINIA BMy reservation was at 8am, the place was closed. The app didn't work, had to come back after 9. Process took 15 minutes eventhough the reservation was made online.

Matthew WWhen getting to the establishment we were told to move our car off the premises. I don’t understand why because one we were dropping off the truck there and needed to put the keys either in the Dropbox or hand them to personnel. The owner told us to move our car while we were inspecting the truck and taking our final pictures.
