The 'No" for equipment clean & maintained is it should have snow tires on the vehicle, the price of rental was a little expensive as well.

Susan RYou get an agreement contract that tells you your prices for everything the only thing that is supposed to change is if you use less KM or more KM or leave it with less gas then when you pick it up. when our final charge came through the coverage charge which was supposed to be 16$ turned in to 48$ more the double what was agreed apon and the rental rate was almost 60$ for 10 hours instead of the 19.99 so our bill was 100$ more then we expected. We used the truck for half the KM we had thought we would use and put more gas in it then when we got it, I had to make the guy inspect it when I dropped it off. The entire transaction was miss leading and sketchy. So I guess don't be like me and make sure you get better clarification on how much you get charged to rent a truck for the day.
