I strongly suggest that your team thoroughly inspects all trailers before renting them out to customers. The car hauler trailer we rented had severely damaged tire tie-down straps, which we did not notice until we brought the trailer to the vehicle's location. The driver's side strap was completely torn off, and the passenger's side strap was significantly worn. Consequently, I had to improvise using my own straps to make the tie-downs safe and roadworthy. I did take photos to document this pre-existing damage. Please ensure your inventory is properly inspected moving forward to prevent this safety issue from happening to other customers.

Add jacks to your trailers. I'm unable to lift on and off ball due to lifting restrictions. Thankfully attendant helped.
Allen MI see your questions are ambiguous enough that there is no room to quantify the actual experience other than the physical buildings they were picked up from and the cleanliness - not the condition - of the equipment. It was old and very rickety, and very heavy for us to have to lift to couple to the vehicle. Apparently there is a special lifter which the point of origin did not have. The lifter needs to be part of the tongue on equipment this heavy. I was also told I would have a $25 reduction in cost because of the travel distance to pick it up, and I did not see the credit for that. Very unhappy that I was charged $54 for 6 blankets that I have never been charged extra for because I thought I bought them not rented them…. You actually reuse these blankets that get filthy? I won’t ever rent them again because who knows what has been on them! This experience was unlike other experiences with U-Haul and was a disappointment to say the least.
