I see your questions are ambiguous enough that there is no room to quantify the actual experience other than the physical buildings they were picked up from and the cleanliness - not the condition - of the equipment. It was old and very rickety, and very heavy for us to have to lift to couple to the vehicle. Apparently there is a special lifter which the point of origin did not have. The lifter needs to be part of the tongue on equipment this heavy. I was also told I would have a $25 reduction in cost because of the travel distance to pick it up, and I did not see the credit for that. Very unhappy that I was charged $54 for 6 blankets that I have never been charged extra for because I thought I bought them not rented them…. You actually reuse these blankets that get filthy? I won’t ever rent them again because who knows what has been on them! This experience was unlike other experiences with U-Haul and was a disappointment to say the least.

I had to carry out the jack myself across the yard it was very heavy

Timothy SThere was a problem with the latch on the hitch that connected to the ball. Luckily I was only goofing a short distance but the trailer disconnected a couple oh times while I was driving. I did let the person at store know and they were going to put in a service call. Thankfully I was driving slowly and the trailer did not damage my car.
