I RENTED A 5X9 TRAILER TWO SAT IN A ROW. YOUR SOFTWARE WEBSITE WAS BROKEN BOTH TIMES AT 8AM ON SAT MORNING YOUR BUSIEST TIME. THE EMPLOYEE COULD NOT PROPERLY PROCESS THE TRANSACTION BOTH TIMES. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND CREATING MISTAKES WITH POOR IT MANAGEMENT. YOUR DIRECTOR OF IT SHOULD BE FIRED IF THEY CAN NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO KEEP YOUR MISSION CRITICAL SOFTWARE FROM FAILING ON YOUR BUSIEST DAY OF THE WEEK. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 2 WEEKS IN A ROW. HOWEVER, THE REP WAS VERY KIND AND SUPPORTIVE, BUT PUT IN A BAD SPOT WITH FAILED SOFTWARE TOOLS.
