I was charged for safe move insurance and was not asked if I wanted this charge and then was told it could not be credited back to me. I was also charged more miles than I actually used the truck. The truck door didn’t shut all the way and it made terrible noises while turning corners and going downhill. The location was a hotel and customer service rep was not very knowledgeable about the u-haul tasks and had a bit of difficulty navigating the operating system and answering my questions. She did her best to help but once her manager said she couldn’t provide me a refund she didn’t ask anymore questions or try to explain it or let me speak to him. So disappointing and unsatisfactory.

Location is horrible. It's at an old hotel. The checkout procedure was easy which was great.
JACOB SI WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK UP MY UHAUL RENTAL AT 8AM AND I DID NOT LEAVE THE PICK UP PLACE ON TOWER ROAD UNTIL 9:17AM. FIRST NOBODY WAS THERE UNTIL LIKE 8:20 AND THEN THE UHAUL SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND THEREFORE IT MESSED UP MY WHOLE DAY
