America Hotel & Campground was not a bad drop-off location. It was just a bit confusing figuring out where to park the U-Haul, since no trucks were on site when we arrived. We asked for copies of the photos from our check-in, and staff were able to see our photos from checkin on the phone but could not provide copies. All in all, not a bad experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo information. Drove to the empty lot as directed. No signage of where to put keys. Called Uhaul and she had no clue. The key drop was at a nearby location. Then I got a call the next day while at work telling me to return the truck. I had already called and returned the day before. Moving sucks and Uhaul makes it absolutely miserable.

Kurtis MThe reason I would not recommend this business to a friend is because of my experience with Brian, the employee who checked me out. His attitude was poor, and he seemed like he didn't want to be there. He appeared uninterested in helping me and didn't seem to care about any questions or requests I had. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I would not recommend anyone visit this location if Brian is working there.
Tony DI had to unhook and move the trailer my self to a parking spot. No one left the office. They couldn’t get in the computer so they had me call a number to check in. Absolutely no one there gave a shit about the trailer, me or the entire process. It was apparent U-haul was a side gig for them and they acted like it was more of a hassle than anything.
