The help provided during check-in was definitely less than efficient and professional; the attendant did not initially know what she was doing and other employees around her did not offer assistance when it was obvious the check-in process was not moving along. I would not recommend anyone rent a U-Haul from this specific location. The check-in process took far too long and all the delays were unnecessary.
MATTHEW II feel like there should have been a jack on the trailer, my daughter and I had to find a jack when unloading trailer and we couldn't unhook the trailer while we were loading. $200 is a lot of money for my single daughter and mother of two to come up with and then have to go borrow something to unhook it!
