The reason I would not recommend this business to a friend is because of my experience with Brian, the employee who checked me out. His attitude was poor, and he seemed like he didn't want to be there. He appeared uninterested in helping me and didn't seem to care about any questions or requests I had. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I would not recommend anyone visit this location if Brian is working there.

I had to unhook and move the trailer my self to a parking spot. No one left the office. They couldn’t get in the computer so they had me call a number to check in. Absolutely no one there gave a shit about the trailer, me or the entire process. It was apparent U-haul was a side gig for them and they acted like it was more of a hassle than anything.

Justin JStaff person was not familiar with checkout process so it took about 20 minutes to get checked out. Also, she asked questions that I had already responded to during online reservation process.
Douglas TNo issues with the rental. It was a tad annoying that we had to use an app to return it and upload photos. The app was slow, but overall it was a positive experience.
