we were sent to 3 locations to come back to the 2nd location for the vehicle. we spent and hour and a half just trying to locate where and which location actually had our reserved truck. the service was poor and when i called to make the reservation i explained i need to load a 3 wheel motorcyle and told them to be sure i had means of loading it with ramp on truck, only to find out that it had a singe ramp in the middle and no ramp door. so in turn i had to figure out other arrangements to try to get the bikes loaded. this by far is one of the worst experiences i have had with u-hual and would never recommend this company or any of the locations in rapid city sd to any one because of the horrible customer service we received and the goose chase we were sent on.

Staff was very friendly but misled me to believe my drop off location was changed as I requested. I was very patient and made sure the gentleman helping me knew my intention was to drop off at a different location. After about 15 minutes on the computer I thought the changes were made and I left. I am now being charged more than the rental fee for a wrong drop off fee. Not my first issue with Uhaul. But it’s going to be my last.
