What an amazing staff at the U-Haul at Graphic Expressions Inc (3097 State Rte 59 Ravenna, OH 44266)!! When the reserved trailer was not large enough, the young lady staff member at the desk immediately assisted in returning/reserving a trailer which would be appropriate for my needs. I would absolutely give them my business again, and encourage all friends/family to utilize their facility.

The location was perfectly fine. They did not have the ID bar scan code visible, so that caused some issues. Overall, the real problem I have is with the digital app. This is the second time in a month that we've used the self-checkout process for U-Haul. My husband is a software developer and I am tech-savvy, and the process is just not user friendly. It needs reviewed and tested. The photo section often glitches out. You cannot typically upload a license. This was a problem in both a city and in the rural areas, so it is not related to service access.
