Truck was very clean and easy to pick up. No faults. This location doesn't work the same as others though; I had to go into the store to get the keys instead of getting them from a lockbox, which was fine since it was during opening hours. Only complaint is that the location didn't provide an appliance dolly that I requested. Luckily I didn't need it in the end, and the store owner was helpful about getting my money back, but U-Haul shouldn't really offer services like this if the store can't provide them.
