When I checked in, none of my dollies or furniture pads were in the back. This cut into my time that I had people scheduled to help move. Also the windshield on the inside of the vehicle had frost on it. I expected it on the outside but not the inside. I’ve used U-Haul rentals before but this time was a bit frustrating. Hoping it was just a tough day.

TREBLY VConvenient location, new equipment. Potential concern with connectivity risk, no WIFI and two bars at best, do as much of the reservation work prior to arriving on site.
