As my dropoff time approached I contacted the drop off location to inquire about extending my drop off time by an hour. I was told that since the truck wasn't rented that afternoon that it wouldn't be a problem. According to my receipt the truck was checked out at 2:11pm and was checked in for return at 3:10pm, ONE minute before the time I was told I could return the truck. Yet an additional 56.00 was charged to my card. For an additional day and insurance for that extra day that I did not possess the truck. Had they been honest and told me I would be charged for an extra day I wouldn't have rushed to get the truck back within the time I was told was acceptable. Very shady business practice.

David PI was 1st to arrive and found no one at desk upon arrival. Second customer to arrive looked but couldn’t find anyone. Third customer found a worker in the office and they appeared to know one another and he was 1st to be served. Second worker showed up and helped me and the 2nd customer. Uhaul Process was efficient once started but had I not arrived early for my pickup the delay in finding someone to check me out would have made me late meeting the movers. Trailer itself was ready, clean, and quickly checked so we could go. Also, I could not use the uhaul take and send a photo before leaving lot. Why isn’t that be done by store?
