The truck seemed to have too much play in the steering.
GLENN CYoung man was very helpful. He did of the connections and got the trailer onto my truck with no issues. Equally helpful on the return.
Ronald TStaff essentially dipped what they were doing to help me , as I was first the attendant made another customer of theirs on an unrelated business path was made to wait while my rental was attended to. Fair and well handled . When I noted I was in no particular hurry and I didn't mind if he wanted to take the phone call I was informed that he knew who it was and what they wanted and it was going to take a while and he didn't want me to have to wait. Just decent old-time customer service, likewise I was given priority when I returned the truck and it was immediately inspected and the transaction completed while I waited. I definitely recommend Radio Grove Hardware .
James MAs my dropoff time approached I contacted the drop off location to inquire about extending my drop off time by an hour. I was told that since the truck wasn't rented that afternoon that it wouldn't be a problem. According to my receipt the truck was checked out at 2:11pm and was checked in for return at 3:10pm, ONE minute before the time I was told I could return the truck. Yet an additional 56.00 was charged to my card. For an additional day and insurance for that extra day that I did not possess the truck. Had they been honest and told me I would be charged for an extra day I wouldn't have rushed to get the truck back within the time I was told was acceptable. Very shady business practice.
