The morning of pickup I was informed via text that my location for pickup changed. When I went to pickup the car dolly the wires were cut, no running lights (obviously no one inspects when it’s returned) and the fenders were loose, rubbing on the tires. Fenders were worn all the way through, could have potentially sliced a tire. Also, had to be dropped off at this location, wouldn’t let me use my original location.
