Clear the parking lot. It felt like a junk yard.

MATTHEW BI was told I would get a $48.00 discount for using this drop-off even though it was 45 miles away...I did not receive the discount. I called to extend my reservation for 24 hours and was told that it would be $60.00. I was charged $264.00. Therefore I am very displeased with U-haul.
Michael EThe location didn't seem prepared or know how to rent out trucks. Had to call someone and have them do everything over the phone while still checking out customers for the actual store. And the truck hadn't been swept out, trash and screws all over inside the back area.
