The representative saw me pull into the lot to return the trailer, he met me at my car, he was very friendly. The drop off transaction took 5 minutes. I arrived at 7am when they opened.

Few things, vehicle was clean and everyone at the facility was great. The mechanical side was not so much. I am an ASE Master Tech. You have a few issues with the vehicle. A vacuum leak is causing 2 issues, a very high pitched whistle can be heard while accelerating getting on the highway, lose of vacuum causes a/c vents to blow in the floor. Brake are squealing bad and the tires need balancing. Other than that the experience was ok. Please do not take this out on the personal at the store. They were all great.

We were a little bummed that we had to get gas right away because someone had siphoned at the tank. But that's not the employees problem. Just think maybe there might be a better way to secure your gas tank so people don't steal the gas at night.

Take time with customers. Don't make them follow you around. Remember that the customer comes first

It was a bit rough at first with getting the rental all set up in the computer system. Apparently the computer system just got updated and they went in reverse on some things. The guy that rented me the equipment was very thorough and had a mind like a law enforcement officer, or inspector. He would benefit greatly by entertaining a bit of logic into his thinking and maybe more of a sense of humor. But that's just my personal opinion. I believe eventually U-Haul will lose this guy because he will move on to a higher paying job.

I was disappointed to learn that the larger unit we had reserved was not available when we got there. Although it's not the fault of the location, it is disappointing that the communication between the main office and the location was poor. This made for a challenging storage situation. And it cost me in more man hours to store things.

My visit was a mixed bag. I called ahead to reserve a trailer and was quoted a price for the rental and the "safe tow" insurance, all was well. I arrived and the reserved trailer was not available (5x10 instead of a 6x12) but not a real big deal, same price. However, the counterperson informed me that the "safe tow" insurance was a daily cost, not per contract. I bit my tongue on the matter because I was on a schedule. But, for the cost of the additional 'slight' amount of my money, I wonder how many other customers will not be returning? Me?

Lone customer service rep could use some help.

Not staffed as it should be. Plan on spending at least 30 minutes picking up and returning your equipment. I only say this because it is my second experience recently and they were both the same.

The gentleman that checked the truck in was very friendly and very professional. I would recommend this location.

7 a,m. on a Saturday - the busiest time for people getting up and getting moving - they had only one customer service rep - not good. Wait was way too long! Staff is very nice - they are just under-staffed!
