Kelly DIt was dropped off on Good Friday and it was closed so no people interacted. Called and left message Voicemail mail was Full so could not leave message. Parking lot was crammed full of rental equipment and could not easily park and leave the trailer - not their fault probably just self centred inconsiderate other customers just dropping equipment off where ever
Greg Bwindshield was cracked. I pointed it out but they should have pointed it out that it was known. also,wiper blade was broken and of course i had to have them on for at least 3 hours
Kent POnly complaint was a light didn't work on the dolly and one of the ratchet strap buckles was in really bad shape but we managed. The girl who helped us was an absolute delight to deal with though. Cute too
