I had a very bad experience with the U-Haul truck I rented for my move from Red Deer to Delta. The truck was very old, and the engine warning light was already on when I picked it up. I raised this with the counter staff, but she told me not to worry and said it would go away after some time. During the drive, the steering wheel shook badly whenever I applied the brakes on the highway. This made me seriously concerned about the condition of the brakes and the safety of the truck. I felt scared throughout the journey. For such a long trip, I expected a properly maintained and safe vehicle. U-Haul needs to take customers’ safety concerns seriously and inspect its trucks thoroughly before renting them out.

Unprofessional service that completely ruined my day. Unacceptable.
