This was my second U-Haul rental from Cooper Roofing. It was another excellent experience. The staff are very good at helping the customer get all the paperwork sorted and getting the trailer hitched up as well as disconnected upon my return. The trailer performed flawlessly and I was amazed at how stable it was at highway speeds even with stiff crosswinds. Mind you, pay heed to the loading instructions; heavy items go to the front of the trailer. I have had a stellar experience with U-Haul in general, but especially with Cooper Roofing in particular. I would rent from this location again and have plans to do that again in a few months.

Andre HI rented a ramp trailer which I have done several times. The tires on the trailer were old and worn out with areas that had no tread left. U-Haul needs to maintain their equipment better as this is a safety hazard
