Rating: 1 / 5 Stars Review: Extremely disappointing experience. U-Haul emailed me before my pick-up to say my reserved 10ft truck was unavailable and upgraded me at no extra cost. When I arrived at [6603 67st], the staff claimed they knew nothing about it, refused to honor U-Haul's official communication, and offered zero help to resolve the issue. Unprofessional service that completely ruined my day. Unacceptable.

Jennifer KWhen I arrived there on Sunday morning and walked into the office, the girl at the desk was on her phone and I waited for her to put down her phone to serve me, everything went well after that setting up and paying for my rental, until I went outside to get the U-Haul and notice the window was covered in bugs like really bad that you couldn’t see out of it clearly and the inside of the cab was dirty to with a half full McDonald’s coffee cup in the drink holder, and when I went back in to tell the girl and she said oh I thought it was clean and then I asked her to come have a look and she wouldn’t and I asked her to clean it and she said she can’t do I just left to go load furniture and when I got to my friends house and opened up the back of the U-Haul it was disgustingly dirty with leaves and dirt like potting soil in the back which required to be cleaned up and then moped up so you could put furniture inside it was so bad, I then phone Calgary office on Monday and told them about this disaster of a U-Haul rental experience and talked to Aimee and she made it right, and in my opinion this roofing company in Rec Deer Alberta SHOULD NOT BE A U-HAUL REMTAL PLACE BECAUSE OFVTHIS KIND IF EXPERIENCE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL !!!
