Though when I returned the truck, and he was kind to me; I would never recommend to u-haul to anyone; it was expensive for me and the treatment that I received from the original location, was just terrible. Also I never received the proper things that I had ordered; and yet paid the full price for them

Went in at 430 pm she didn't close the contract until 948 pm ... had the dolly for 3 and half hours had to pay for 2 full days. This seems kind of crazy to me .

I understand U-Haul not wanting to be accommodating for free, but they should have mentioned there was extra fees associated to changing the drop off day/time. Guy working was great tho and only made us pay one extra day instead of two.
