Arrived to pick up location with snowy ice on the windshield not cleaned off for pickup. Would be a nice courtesy to customers if the vehicle rented was ready to go when arriving to pickup site. Had to wait around for 10-20 min to get it off.

RICHARD SEverything went smoothly. The check in and out process was well designed and the staff was very helpful. Efficient and convenient!
Karen AI was late to check in and was unable to do so online, so had to wait for location open. My mistake. I’m going to say I missed the part where all I had to do was reschedule on my own but that was not made obvious to me in the app. Devs should eval and perhaps use to improve that interaction. Again, my fault but I could have done on own if made clear that’s all I needed to do. Overall great location Silverback in Red Lion PA, and great service.
