I was late to check in and was unable to do so online, so had to wait for location open. My mistake. I’m going to say I missed the part where all I had to do was reschedule on my own but that was not made obvious to me in the app. Devs should eval and perhaps use to improve that interaction. Again, my fault but I could have done on own if made clear that’s all I needed to do. Overall great location Silverback in Red Lion PA, and great service.

SCOTT GHad to be transferred 4 times just to result a problem that was fixed in 30 seconds. Was on the phone for a total of 45 minutes and delayed a lot on my move in. Many providers were not helpful. The lady who did end up helping me was very nice and made everything easy.
