There is no location office. There is no sign telling you that this is a U-Haul facility. The person who met me was very helpful, and the location is convenient, but the whole experience was a little ambiguous.

Allen DEveryone was wonderful. My Red Lodge connection is always very helpful. I ended up keeping the trailer longer than the contract date (problems unloading!!!) and check-in of the trailer in Missoula went smoothly, quickly, and polite. I couldn't be happier. I use U-Haul frequently and always rely on their service and proper equipment.
