I HAVE NEVER FELT SO CARED FOR AND RESPECT.ED BY A BUSINESSMAN SS I DID WITH DAVE. HE WENT FAR AND BEYOND THE NORM IN HELPING ME GET THROUGH AN UNLAWFUL EVICTION WITH NO PLACE TO GO JUST A WEEK AFTER HAVING BREAST CANCER SURGERY. I LEFT A LOT OF THINGS IN THE CAB AFTER RETURNING RETURNING THE TRUCKN BECAUSE I WAS SO EXHAUSTED. THE NEXT MORNING HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO BRING MY FORGOTTEN ITEMS TO MY APARTMENT. DAVE ACTUALLY EVEN OFFERED HIS GRANDSON TO HELP ME MOVE BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO FIND SOME LOCALS TO HELP. THIS IS FRANCHISE OWNER THAT CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND COMMUNITY. HAVING HIS WIFE COME ALONG MADE THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE FEEL MORE LIKE A FREINDLY GATHERING THAN A BUSINESS TRANSACTION. ALTHOUGH I MOVED TO RED LODGE 15 YEARS AGO, I HAD NEVER MET DAVE AND HIS WIFE BEFORE BUT FELT LIKE OLD FRIENDS ...EVEN THEIR LITTLE DOG WAS A NICE TOUCH THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH U HAUL. MOVING IS HARD ENOUGH, BUT DAVE AND UHAUL MADE IT LESS STRESSFUL AND A MORE POSITIVE OUTCOME THAT I COUKD HAVE.IMAGINED. THE TRUCK WAS JUST RIGHT TOO. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL IN THE 30 YEARS I HAVE USED THE SERVICE BUT THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THANK YOU. BE WELL

It was very hard to find the drop box for the key. I called support and they said the key should be dropped "in the flap in the grey door". There was no grey door on any of the buildings, I eventually found the dropbox after 25 minutes of searching. It was on a small orange post, nothing to do with a grey door.
