My bad experience with UHaul was in no way linked to the people at either the pickup or dropoff locations. My very poor experience was with UHaul central and the reservation process.

Bill WWhen the location I was supposed to get my trailer at no one was there n didn’t even have a trailer I called these guys and they was very helpful even tho ur site said they didn’t even have any but I belive I shudnt had to pay for the trailer since I had to waste valuable time and gas going out the way but this site was amazing n helpful
