The online experience with U-Haul was confusing. I just wanted to rent a trailer for a few hours and return it to the same location and was told that I had to do a one way rental and return the trailer to a different location. The reception at Ripley's was able to accommodate my request better than the U-Haul rep that called me. Thanks Ripley's!

Trailer was clean, but found later in the trip the emergency brakes did not work and the hitch was questionable.
