I ordered a dolly and they charged me for it but it was not there. Not in the truck. And to move a fridge. Washer and dryer without a dolly was really tough.

AMANDA EI ordered a large dolly I advance, and I arrived they didn’t have one. I new manager arrived from Fontana one hour ago, so he said. He told me they just fired old manager, and he couldn’t locate me a dolly so could return truck in Hemet U-Haul location. I just went and bought one at Home Depot to the job done, other than that the vehicle was clean and ready to go!!Thats my only complaint!
