Worst experience ever with this location. If the guys name is Chris horrible person and if I ever ever rent a uhaul again it will not be at this location. Maybe next time the guy can learn empathy and have understanding. Rented from 8-10 am yes I was late returning just before 11 am which was the next reservation tried calling that man multiple times and the call dropped. My experience ended with that man and I yelling and using unprofessional language in front of another customer. NEVER AGAIN WITH HUNT on SE Railroad way in Redmond

The people were very friendly and helpful however the location could be in a better area. The lady who accepted the truck was very helpful and frendly.

NIcole WThere was no signage at all at this location, making it hard to tell if it was the correct place. The attendant was friendly but not helpful. I showed him the two sealed packages of furniture pads that were not opened and used, asked if we could get a refund on those, was told to just forget about it, he couldn’t do that. Told him the utility hand truck was not in the truck because it was never provided to us. There was no indication on our receipt that we didn’t get that utility hand truck!!
