The mobile app is a disaster. I was stuck behind multiple infinite spinnies and could not use it. The web site is only slightly better. It did not have accurate information about available pickup times around the holidays. It seemed to switch the location of my vehicle and supply pickup without my knowledge and was generally not intuitive to use. If I hadn't manage to speak to a helpful human at the office, I would have been cooked. My advice to any future customer is do not depend on the app. Get a confirmation from a person at the location from which you expect to pick up your vehicle on both the vehicle itself and any supplies you plan to pick up.
