The trailer I rented was full off snow making the hooks frozen down. I had to spend time cleaning out.

The truck was not in good condition ie Not suitable for winter driving
IRIOBEVBUDU MLack of customer service. Employee could not find the pad to check me in and did not speak to me about that was going in just to sign in the box and didnt know my card was going to be charged at rhat moment
