I called the 1-800 number and was able to book the uhaul in the city I wanted. I was given a couple of pick up locations and was able to pick the one closest to my move out location. The people were so kind and helpful.Lisa W.

Well first of all when I went to pick up the truck using the 24/7 pick up there was no truck ready for me to pick up and I had to call in and wait 20 minutes before I could talk to someone to get it figured out and ended up getting a different location and a different truck to take which ended up charging me extra for the rental and which added an extra hr onto my trip from the start. Please improve your online system and customer supportBryce Y.
Electrical harness was damaged. Rep was able to provide temporary repair. Was given an email link to report damage but link did not work. Tried calling U-haul main number but could not get through.RAY S.
Equipment had blown fuse for the trailer lights, that delayed us for about 4hrs, until we received service and could be on our way! This caused unplanned expenses of overnight stay in midway to Calgaryvladyslav R.

I pre-booked about two weeks in advance and ordered moving blankets but the location did not have any. Told me to go to the main location which I did and they did not have any. Wasted over 2 hours because of this. I would expect a call in advance that the supplies that I ore-ordered are not available.Lance G.

When reserving a piece of equipment aat a location Make sure you can supply. This was not a pleasant experience have to take 2 hours out of my day an has to go pick up at country location. Not to mention reserving the trailer a month in advance an redirect me 2 days before pick up. As well as no compensation for my travelsMICHEAL M.

Can of the truck should be cleaned before the next customer. There were Qtips on the floor and coffee stains around the cupholders. It also smelled of cigarette smoke.Daniel M.

I booked at a different lot that was near to me. I was told my truck was available too book. Then I received a call saying I had to go completely to the other side of Regina and then back to drop off which up my kms over half were from that. The service was not great and they get having problems with they're iPad. I would not recommend this place.Kelly W.

When we picked up the truck the exterior was dirty. The interior of the cab was not clean. It looked liked someone sneezed or spit some kind of white fluid all over the dash, steering wheel and inside of the windshield. Given the world's current health situation I found this unacceptable and I felt uneasy touching anything inside the truck so I purchased cleaning wipes at the gas station. The truck ran ok but used a fair bit of fuel. When we picked it up initially iit only had a quarter tank of fuel in it so I had to put gas in already before we began our move. Not sure how much fuel we would need, I put in $50.00. When we returned the vehicle it had a half tank of fuel. I asked the clerk if we would be compensated for over fueling it and he said no. So basically we over paid for the fuel. One would think the truck should be beginning the rental with more than a quarter tank of fuel. Overall this was not a positive experience for myself. I always though U-Haul was a reputable company with higher standards. This vehicle I rented certainly does not represent those standards.James D.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer, the reservation was confirmed, and then I show up and am told there isnt one available. My "options" were to either take a 6x12 and do a round trip to saskatoon and back to regina, even though i live in saskatoon. Or use a smaller 5x8 trailer. I chose the 5x8 and had to go to a different location in which the employee was very unsure of himself and what to do and didnt know I was coming even though the park st location just called. Mainly blaming the park st regina location for not actually having a trailer when I made a reservation and they confirmed it.Jonathan T.
Didn't appreciate being told that in order to go from a credit to a debit pay, I would be charged a fee of $100 because they deal with only credit, not debit. Very underhanded.valorie M.
I would like to give these guys a big thanks! I had so much inconvenience with this 15' Truck. Flat tire upon pickup, recieving broken key tag, bent wheel well upon pick up and truck DC 1788 W, having a very bad steering alignment. All of my concerns were heard by the worker and addressed by the area manager! Thank you guys for all your help and digging to resolve these issues.Jarett D.
