Put decent tires on the U-Haul we were stuck many times yesterday during our move had to be pulled out 3 times

Samantha SLocation is convenient. The young man who handled the rental was very nice and helpful. The windshield was very dirty inside and out. Rental process was relatively simple - all on his tablet and my email and text - although I did have difficulty uploading photos of the truck.
