The specific dolly I used will need a new pigtail for the electric relatively soon but it is in functional order, it just looks like it got dragged at some point. Everything works I just think it's going to get some water in there and get corroded where the wire casing is scuffed up. This is in no way a complaint or a negative thing just something I thought I could bring to your attention, everything worked well and it towed perfectly. I'm a big fan of these newer Dollys you have, the plastic fenders are a nice and rugged addition and it results in a cleaner look with less smashed fenders. The mid point dolly articulation is nice too and helps with the turns but can be a little extra frustrating when trying to back up but it's likely something I can conquer over time. Huge fan of uhaul btw, I hope to one day own one of your retired roof top carrier boxes and perhaps one of your fiberglass rental campers.

Christopher DThe locks where the keys are secured do not work well and it took 20+ minutes to get the lock open. There was another renter there before us and they had mentioned that it took them 30 minutes to get their keys. This was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Having a customer service rep in person would go a very long way to making the experience much better. The people on the phone were very good and put in a no win situation with the way your operation is set up. The rental truck was great.
