Back and cab of truck was extremely dirty! Roof leaked which caused water intrusion in 3 different places.

The people at Sugar Camp were just fine. Our biggest issue was location. We rented from the Minocqua/ Woodruff location. We were told the day before we would have to pick up the truck in Rhinelander. Later that day, we were told we were moved to the Sugar Camp location. They did change per mile cost from $1.29 to $.99. Overall, things worked out fine.
