Had a good experience, however, I had to go out of my way to find two U-haul dealers to assist me during my trip. The harnesses that were holding the front wheels in place, became loose and I had to get these harnesses re-adjusted. I had to go out of my way in Lexington, Kentucky and also in Knoxville, Tennessee (which added extra miles and time to my trip). At both locations, the individuals were very helpful, especially (Robby Dunn) in Knoxville!
