BROOKE SNo one was there during business hours. The parking lot was non existent. They charged for additional fuel when the gauge was where it was supposed to be.
EVAN BNo one was available to fulfill my online reservation made that morning for 12:30. Had to drive the rental to a second location to acquire the dolly I had requested. My reservation was for a period of 6 hours, the rental process took more than an hour. It pushed back the schedule for the whole move and ruined our evening plans.
