We were grateful for use ofnthe truck though we were told we might not be able to because we live out of state. The truck had a pillow and stains in the back of it, which we were charged a cleaning fee for, though it wasn't our mess. Insurance was added that we didn't need, but wasn't asked. Unfortunately for us, we did not fill the tank back up so that took an extra charge of money that we didn't have to spend. It just feels like we were taken advantage of with all of these charges.
