RAFAEL DThe young lady, that was there did not speak English, and I had a hard time communicating into the other lady came, and she was slow to communicate so it took so long and the line had built up. Some people were saying, cancel their orders I wouldn’t go there again to rent a truck. I need to check my receipts to make sure I was charged properly.
