Two hours trying to make the contract and then they told me we are about to close came tomorrow, very disappointed in this brunch!!!
mkyhailo kThe dropoff was also unwieldy to put it lightly: all of the processes were backwards. You had me finish all this checkout process, then get a message to drop the key off, THEN tell me to start taking photos. I was already at the location before I had to turn back and re-take the photos--which were a little problematic uploading because the app flaked a couple times. At the dropoff location there also wasn't a dropoff box outside. Instead, I went inside, asked the location, and they had me go into a back office and give the keys to someone there. So it still wasn't unattended. 2. The person who helped me get my $35 refund after the automated system charged me for an extra six gallons of gas. They were awesome, AI or not.
