There was nothing wrong with the location and the truck itself was fine (gas tank not full) but it took me longer to check out and return the truck using mobile check in/out than it took to move a one bedroom apt. Once you arrive on site you need to load the app, log in and take a photo of self (if your eyes are closed you will have to do it again) and both sides of your drivers license (if your fingers are covering any of the corners you will have do do it again), add your employer so they can be called to confirm you (this did not work on sunday at 830am). And an emergecy contact who will also be called. If either contact does not answer you can not proceed. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DONE DAYS AHEAD OF TIME! Then, once youve been fully vetted and given the code to the door, you need to upload photos of each side of the truck as well as mileage and gas level. Then once you are done with the truck, BEFORE YOU PUT THE KEYS IN THE DROPBOX, you have to repeat the photo process. If you dont do that you are charged a fee. Unless you have the patience of a saint I highly recommend picking up and dropping off during business hours. zero stars for this process. Do not recommend. : (
