Used online rental service. It was very convenient and user friendly. Also, hired movers through U-Haul. We hired Williams Brothers Movers. They were excellent! Very friendly and extremely professional. Highly recommend them!

I'm very happy I could interact with a person to rent my u-haul. I had tried a week earlier to rent a u-haul truck at another location that was using the no touch on-line method and with faltering phone coverage I was not able to finish the process at the location.

We have been using ABC Mini Storage a lot lately, great service and deals but our last rental picked up 9/17/2020 the truck was filthy. Cup holders were gross, old dried up chocolate Cheerios on floor under seats. Will try to upload photos

I scheduled a pick up date On Labor Day, and was told that the U-Haul would be ready for me to pick up. Upon arrival the facility was on a holiday. Corporate needs to get their information correct.I even called the morning of Monday and was told that I could go pick it up.


Nothing because everything was EXCELLENT


The equipment looked like it had not been clean had to take and clean windows before using it, other than that it was perfect for are needs and did a great job

I have work with this firm before where I dropped off my truck. There are the reason why their facility is number one in my book I would do business with them any day anytime and any month of the year. if they say you'll be a truck waiting for you or trailer or anything for that matter for U-Haul I can promise you it will be ready on time.

The over all experience was a nightmare. This was the third location they sent me to cause the triple booked me the first two. The people at the 1-800 number are really no help and dont want to help you. They act as if it is an inconvenience helping you. The people at Aaron Drive were amazing. I will bypass the 1-800 from now on and only use them.

I turned the truck I rented in on time, it was after hours and was checked in by the employee the next morning. They didn't mark it as on time and I was charged an extra day. After calling customer service the money was returned. When I got the key to the truck when I first rented it, they told me to make sure everything was correct and to make sure it was returned with a full tank of gas. When I turned the key and started it the tank was 3/4 full. Do I went inside and let them know. They made a note of it and said to bring it back full and they would fix it when I brought it back. I mentioned all this when I went back to the store to try and fix the over charge and they said they don't credit you if you bring it back with more gas, they only charge you of you bring it back with less. I told them they made a note of it and they said sorry no. I brought this up again when I talked to the customer service rep on the phone while fixing the over charge and they told me they would have to get their manager and undo everything they just did with the over charge. I did what they asked me to do with returning the truck on full and I expect them to do what they said they would do, but I guess they don't follow through or care too much about customer service or keeping their word. It wasn't much extra I had to pay for the gas so I just let it go, but it's the principle of the matter that really bothers me and the lack of customer service provided after they already made the mistake of over charging me in the first place!

The location was full of trucks so hard to drop off items to the storage unit to turn in the trailer. The office smelled like old Chinese food and the attendant was not very helpful at all. Was just not a good experience..

1. We never asked for a utility cart and didn't know there was one in the truck until we had left the store. We were NEVER told it was in the truck nor were we told we would be charged for one. You should be ashamed of this! Plus it wasn't a very good one. Our personal cart was WAY better than what you all left on the truck to be used. 2. Upon returning truck we were told to put the key in the drop box. Trying to locate the box was ridiculous. We and another patron were searching for it for over 30 minutes. Finally I called a friend we potentially would know where it was at. We finally located it on a pole that was blocked by a large u-haul truck.
